About me

I have worked in different counselling environments including in a low- cost counselling agency, bereavement agency, school and private practice helping people from all walks of life with a broad range of issues. Many of the clients I see come to me because their lives are interrupted by anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, low self-esteem, relationship & family issues.

Prior to becoming a counsellor I worked as a solicitor and this has given me a unique insight into the strains, stresses and issues in the work place.  I am currently presenting and facilitating courses within law firms to provide insight and information on the prevention and reduction of stress, fatigue, anxiety and depression in the workplace.

I am a caring and approachable counsellor who is passionate about supporting and helping people to reach a better place. I will listen without judgement and support you throughout the entire process.

Professional Qualifications

As a qualified counsellor and member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I undertake regular supervision and at all times work ethically and safely as per the BACP’S guidelines.

I also regularly attend courses, conferences and seminars to gain deeper insights into the continuing evolution of counselling and psychotherapy.
